Aqua Fresh

I love this look so much! Obviously i was inspired by my scarf uniquely tied in a bow with a simple tank top. I used four colors out of my 120 palette ; blues, greens, and a purple. To get this look I have step-by-step instructions.

• Step By Step Instructions

• Using 1(powder blue) put all over the lid
• Use 2(powder green) in the outer part of the lid blending into 1 and little on the bottom lash line
  
• While using a fluffy blending brush put 3(deep shimmer blue) just into the crease to give the eye definition
  
• For the rest of the bottom lash line use a eye liner brush with 4(shimmer purple) and blending that with 2
